- According to the load required by the hot melt glue machine and its ancillary peripheral equipment, check whether the power cord used and the insulation protection comply with the regulations. The load of the wire must be higher than the rated power of the hot melt glue machine.

- TAvoid operating the hot melt glue machine around volatile and explosive materials or gases, and do not store flammable and explosive materials around the spraying equipment of the hot melt glue machine.
- Do not operate and use the hot melt glue machine without proper protection devices, good insulators or good protection panels. When maintenance is required, only professionally trained personnel can disassemble the machine for maintenance.
- Do not operate the hot melt glue machine in the surrounding environment where the temperature is lower than 0℃ and the temperature is higher than 50℃.

- The amount of replenishing glue shall not exceed 80% of the total volume of the hot melt glue pot.
