Two Heads 5L glue machine structure:

Firstly, this is the cap of hot melt glue tank. From here, you can add the hot melt glue block for melting, usually it is no more than 3/4 of the glue tank capacity. Also you can add the hot melt glue when you are using the machine. It needs 30-40 minutes for heating the glue, then the hot melt glue will be melting completely. Please be careful, don’t overflow when you are adding the glue.
Secondly, you can see the Temperature controllers in the main panel, this first one is Temperature controller for Glue Tank. The another one is Temperature controller for hot melt glue gun nozzle. You can adjust the temperature of different parts by modified the temperature controllers respectively. It will be set a common used temperature, usually, it doesn’t need to be modified. But if you change the type of hot melt glue or make some changes, it can be modified according to the using situation.
Thirdly, these are the main switches of glue machine, the machine with the barometer,The air pressure of the machine and the air pressure of the glue nozzle can be adjusted separately.
Or the motor speed regulator,adjust the motor level speed from low level to high level, usually the Motor Power will be set between Level No.4 to No.5 for steadily pushing the glue.

The glue machine can choose with two arms or one arm,with two glue nozzles,two workers can work at the same time ,the pedal controlled the glue machine,simple and convenient operation.
The middle outlet is filter element, the machine doesn’t need to be cleaned within 6 months after received.

Our glue gun with the two types nozzle,one is the mist spray nozzle ,another is the dot or line strip nozzle.
And the nozzle with different diameter size,
dot or line strip nozzle size can choose 0.5mm 1mm 2mm 3mm 4mm,mist spray nozzle diameter range is from 0.4mm to 1.2mm
For different product and different glue effect you want,choose the different nozzle you need.
